JSC „Capital City“ was established in February 2006. Primary business of the company is development and management of real estate. The company provides consultations on RE issues and mediation services. So as to divide the activities, in January 2007 an affiliated company JSC “City Projects” was established the specialization of which is management of real estate projects. The group of companies - Capital City - employs young specialists, willing to perfect themselves, who master real estate market and changes in it very well, who had studied and applied worldwide recognized project management methods in practice.
